- Cream of porcini mushroom soup with oil-flavored croutons
- Beef carpaccio with truffles, pomegranate, and pecorino cheese wafers
First Courses:
- Ricotta and spinach ravioli sautéed with butter, sage, and toasted almond brittle
- Lemon sorbet
Main Course:
- Provençal lamb chops with vegetable caponata and baked potatoes
Desserts:
- Selection of traditional homemade desserts
